Since this was posted on photocritique, I'm going to leave a pretty straight-forward crit (hope you don't mind).
I think the centered composition is a bit boring and doesn't really give the viewer much to look at, which is compounded by the fact that the entire center of the image is blown-out. The "interest" factor is also diminished by the lack of focus.
I think a shot like this might be able to work if you were a bit further back and stopped the camera down so the depth of field was greater.
I hope you understand I'm not trying to discourage you - the only way to improve it to continue taking photos. Keep at it
what i have to say to that is,

i tried some farther back but i did not really like the outcome
